Adhesive & Sealants

Klap® CA Series Instant Adhesives are single component cyanoacrylate adhesive, that bond almost all close-fitting smooth surface in second. It does not require any mixing, clamping, heating. These adhesives contain no solvent, have low toxicity, mild odor and non-flammable. They are RoHS compliant and with SGS report.

CA101
Fastest setting speed for wood work / plastic rubber / metal.

CA05
Medium setting speed & viscosity (50 cps) for plastic / rubber / metal.
CA09
Low whitening / low blooming and slow setting speed type.

Klap AD-700 ABS Super-adhesive is an adhesive specially designed for bonding ABS, PVC and PS.  It is a translucent adhesive with medium viscosity, having good heat resistance.

Klap RTV-NSS is a one-part moisture cure, neutral RTV silicone sealant which cures to form a tough, permanently flexible rubber. The non-corrosive curing systems makes it ideally suited for protecting, sealing and insulating corrosion sensitive electrical and electronic materials such as copper, brass and silver.

SD-5 is a one-part moisture cure, neutral (oxime) RTV silicone sealant which cures to form a tough, permanently flexible rubber. The non-corrosive curing systems makes it ideally suited for protecting, sealing and insulating corrosion sensitive electrical and electronic materials. UL 94 V-0 recognized.

CP-5 silicone compounds are grease-like materials containing an inert silica filler in combination with selected polydimethyl silicone fluids. They have excellent dielectric properties, are highly water repellent, resistant to oxidation, essentially non-melting, and show little tendency to dry out in service.
FDA Approval 02-3611

RTV160, RTV162 and RTV167 adhesive sealants from GE Silicones are one-component, ready-to-use electronic grade silicone sealants. They cure to a tough, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. These electronic-grade silicone adhesive sealants differ somewhat in physical properties including consistency.

RTV160 - white flowable paste
RTV162 - white paste
RTV167 - gray, high strength paste

UL
Recognition. RTV160, RTV162 and 167 are recognized by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. under their Component Recognition Program (UL File No. E-36952).

CSL511 is a neutral cure system which is non-corrowive to metals used in electronic/electrical equipment such as coper, brass, silver and gold.  Parts coated with CSL511 can be removed of coating by soaking in solvent such as toluene, xylene or chlorinated solvents for 10 to 20 minutes followed by brushing and washing.
